Abstract

Within the limits of my presentation, I must address three interlinked themes: first, the link between inter-culturality, higher education and substantive democracy; second the Studies of African Descent or African diaspora practices and spaces for the decolonization of the university; and the third I will name it as the cultivation of Pluriversality for the sake of radical reforms in higher education.
